Submit this form via the website by November 15, 2026. Late applications will be disqualified. All applicants will be notified of the results no later than December 1, 2026. Winner must accept by December 7, 2026.
Criteria for Entry
1) 100-word response to these two questions:
a) What is the status of your current work-in-progress?
b) How specifically you will use the resources of the LVWC to advance the work. NOTE: Work at any stage is eligible, but be specific about how you will use the conference. Which workshops, panels, or other features will be specifically helpful to you? How?
2) Post-high-school age adult; high school students are not eligible.
3) Clark County resident writer, not yet published.
4) Able to attend all three days.
5) Must be a member or join Henderson Writers Group.
a) Members and families of the HWG conference committee or HWG Board are ineligible.
