Darrah Whitaker, Conference Coordinator
Darrah Whitaker is a graduate of the University of Virginia with a B.A. in Foreign Affairs and holds two Master degrees (MA-Film/MBA) from the University of Texas. He has written five screenplays, one which was produced and another optioned. His short stories have been published in the Writers Bloc III, IV, and V anthologies. He is an active member of the International Thriller Writers and also a member of the Henderson Writers Group in Las Vegas, Nevada serving as Conference Coordinator on the Board of Directors. His first novel, “The Santiago Agenda”, which is due out Fall 2014, was inspired by his grandfather’s work with the Office of Strategic Services (OSS), the precursor to the CIA. His second novel, “My Life as a Sperm”, was not.
