All conference attendees may sign up here for two Blue Pencil appointment in advance of the conference. There is no fee for Blue Pencil sessions. They are included in the price of conference registration.
NOTE: Blue Pencil sessions are fifteen minutes in length. This offers participants a great opportunity for some one-on-one mentoring with a fellow author. During this pioneering virtual meeting, click the File button in the Chat, then you may upload a PDF copy of your query or the first page of your manuscript. Then you ask fellow writers for their constructive feedback. You may also choose to talk about marketing or ask for advice about navigating the ins and outs of traditional or indie publishing.
If you join the online meeting late, you can only discuss your question for the remaining time. If you sign up for a Blue Pencil appointment in advance of the conference, you will receive a confirmation email.
Important: If you pre-book more than 2 appointment online, only the first two choices we receive will get booked. All others will be deleted.
You will need a computer (PC, Mac, iPhone, iPad, or Android device) with a microphone to talk in the virtual meeting.
